ABOUT US

Hello, my name is Paul Sousa, owner of The Cake Gallery in picturesque Bristol, Rhode Island.  I would  like to take this time to introduce myself.  I am a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design where I have received my degree in baking and culinary arts in 1988. We have been in business here at The Cake Gallery in Bristol since 1991; successfully making quality, creative wedding cakes for many brides as well as specialty cakes for the general public in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  I am looking forward to meeting you and discussing your wedding or special occassion cake needs, as there are many more styles and flavors than those represented on The Cake Gallery website.  Thank you for your time and consideration in allowing us to create an unique and delicious cake for your wedding or special occasion.
